Refunds and withdrawal

1. Our money-back promise

• Branded exports (a one-time purchase): a full refund within 30 days of your payment. No questions asked.
• After that: if something on our side went wrong (a paid feature that doesn't work as described, a billing mistake), we put it right or refund you. This never limits your legal rights (see our terms, section 6).
• A refund ends your licence: the licence key stops working for branded exports.

2. Your legal right of withdrawal

If you're a consumer, you may withdraw from a purchase made on cinemap.ai within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day the contract is made, which is the day your payment goes through.

To withdraw, tell us clearly before the 14 days are over, by email to billing@cinemap.ai or by post to Daito Design Amsterdam B.V., Keizersgracht 391 A, 1016 EJ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You can also call us on [phone number to be added]. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to. Sending your message before the 14 days end is enough.

We refund everything you paid us without undue delay, and at the latest 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree to something else. The refund costs you nothing.

3. When access starts straight away

Branded exports unlock as soon as your payment goes through. The law lets the right of withdrawal end once that has happened, but only if, before paying, you expressly asked for access to start straight away and confirmed that you know you then lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirmed both in your order email. If any of that didn't happen, you keep the full 14 days.

Branded exports are digital content you buy once, not a service that runs over time, so there are no days of use to charge for. Either way, within 30 days of payment our money-back promise gives you a full refund.

4. No subscriptions

We don't sell subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews. You're never charged again after a purchase.

5. Purchases in Apple's App Store

cinemap player is in a free TestFlight beta and isn't on sale yet. Once it's released, it's sold through Apple's App Store, with one purchase covering Apple TV, iPhone, iPad and Vision Pro. App Store purchases are sold and refunded by Apple, under Apple's terms. You can ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't refund App Store purchases ourselves.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email billing@cinemap.ai from the address you paid with, and include your licence key or the order number from your receipt. We answer within 2 working days.
