14-day free trial
Every Pro subscription includes a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial; cancel any time before it ends and nothing will appear on your card.
Subscriptions (monthly & annual)
Cancel any time via the Stripe customer portal — access continues through the end of the paid period.
Within 14 days of an annual renewal: full refund on request, no questions asked.
Outside that window: prorated refund considered case-by-case for issues we caused (outage, undelivered feature, billing error).
Lifetime licenses
Refundable within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
After 30 days: refund considered if the service is materially discontinued.
Mobile App Store purchases
Purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms' refund policies. Contact Apple / Google directly for those — we can't process refunds on their behalf.
